One cup of raw tamarind, three cups of water, two green chillies, one onion, eight to ten curry leaves, coriander, mashed jaggery, salt to taste, cumin, dry red chillies, four to six curry leaves are needed for tempering.
To make rasam, put tamarind in water in a vessel and keep aside. Now tear the green chilies and fry them in the fire. Remove the peeled peeled peppers and keep them aside. Take a vessel and keep finely chopped onion, curry leaves and coriander in it. Now mash the roasted green chillies in it. Now filter the tamarind water and mix it. Prepare the slurry by increasing the amount of jaggery, salt and water in the prepared water. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin and red chilli for tempering. Also chop curry leaves. Delicious Rasam is ready. Serve it with rice.
