Modi has spoken about the budget session for the first time this year. Because Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget a day after her Mann Ki Baat ceremony. In a tweet, the Prime Minister said that Akashwani would translate the Mann Ki Baat program in Hindi on All India Radio after translating it into every local language.
