Explain that the Eastern Railway office was also in this building, due to which the ticket booking service in Eastern India has been affected. On the other hand, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal expressed condolences on the incident and said that in this accident, four fire personnel, two railway officers, one ASI, and nine people have died. The Railway Minister has assured all possible help to the state government on behalf of the Railways. Piyush Goyal tweeted that a high-level committee has been formed under the leadership of four railway officials to find out the cause of the fire.

Here Eastern Railway also informed that the cause of the fire has not been cleared yet. The railway has ordered a high-level inquiry into the accident.
